Teaching Interests
First and foremost, I am a nurse. I strive to translate my knowledge from the bedside to the classroom to help prepare practice-ready nurses. I am interested in transition to practice, pediatric nursing, simulation and nursing leadership.
My teaching interests center around my passion for the nursing care of children and families. I currently teach Population health: Pediatrics (NURS305) and coordinate the associated Pediatrics clinical courses (NURS306). Starting in the 26-27 AY, my courses will also include Research in Nursing (NURS410) and Nursing Capstone (NURS440).
