About

Max is a theatrical mutt, with training and experience throughout the theatrical industry. At Wheaton, he focuses on teaching skills in technical, design, and managerial areas of theatre, but has been known to throw some stage combat lessons into the mix. He is a freelance consultant, designer, and a non-profit board member, including serving as the Co-Chair of DTM (Design Technology and Management) for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival’s Region 1 Leadership Board. He is a champion of experiential learning, focusing on teaching his students practical, diverse lessons that can be applied to any area of study, but also to students’ daily lives after college.
