Main Interests
Vocal pedagogy, and solo performance in ten languages in varied genre including recital, oratorio, operetta and chamber music. Special interests in Baroque, Classical, Armenian song literature, and musical theatre repertoire.
Other Interests
Body awareness and physical fitness, especially how it relates to releasing a freely produced sound. Yoga, Alexander Technique, tennis, hiking, gardening, cooking.
Performances
Soprano leads in several Gilbert and Sullivan operettas with the Ocean State Light Opera and the Courthouse Light Opera
Recitals and soloist in oratorio throughout New England.
Soprano soloist with the Wheaton Consort, featuring music of the Renaissance and Baroque (with Ed Merck, recorders; Janet Haas, viole da gamba, and Carlton Russell, harpsichord: performances on and off campus for several years)
Soloist at Temple Beth-El in Providence (Hebrew, English, and Yiddish sacred literature)
